How to transfer a conversation

If the customer you are receiving is not looking for you, but is looking for some other customer service staff, you can transfer this visitor to other target customer service.

Instructions

Log in firstWebsite Business Link (LR)Software, when a visitor is talking to you, and you need to transfer this visitor to other customer service staff for some reason, you can click \"Transfer\" under the menu bar, as in (Figure 1);

In the dialog window of \"Transfer Dialogue\", you can transfer within the site, or you can transfer across points. If you need to transfer across points, click \"Add Cross Point Transfer\" to add a site, such as ( figure 2);

\"Index\" item can index the name of the customer service personnel in the following customer service list, such as (Figure 3);

Index the keyword \"刘\", the result, as shown in (Figure 4);
